Industrialists praise us as being good for health, which contain all the vitamins and minerals necessary for breakfast.
They forget to talk about the calories that are present in their cereals. Even the lightest provide 400 calories per 100 g in the morning.

We do not blame the original version of popcorn, which remains a grain of popcorn. The caloric version is the cinema popcorn stuffed with oil, sugar or salt. The latter does not bring much nutrient level but is a calorie bomb: 400 calories per 100 grams.
If we want to eat popcorn, we do it ourselves by adding very little (if any) salt or sugar (complete unrefined type muscovado or rapadura).
