  • 2 onions
  • 150 g tofu
  • 70 g of coconut milk
  • 50 g of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sweet curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered cumin
  • some sunflower seeds
  • some pumpkin seeds

For vegan pie dough:

Mix the flours, salt and flaxseed and / or sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the water gradually while mixing to obtain a homogeneous paste. If your dough is too sticky add a few pinches of flour.

For garnish :

Wash and grate the carrots. Slice the onions and fry them in a pan for a few minutes with a light drizzle of olive oil. Add the grated carrots, cook for about 10 minutes and season.

For the device:

Mix tofu, coconut milk, almond milk and flour. Add the spices and salt.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Arrange the dough in a previously oiled tart pan. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes to precook the dough. Then pour the filling with the carrots on the dough. Cover with the device. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and pumpkins. Bake 25 minutes. It's ready !
